Priority support is available only to the named contact on an active Self-Hosted license. It provides a dedicated Slack channel with no custom support hours or response-time guarantee. Self-hosted Workspaces does not run the hosted trial or seat-billing system.

How the trial works

When you create your first organization, Workspaces starts your one 14-day, no-card trial. The trial belongs to you, not to each organization. Every later organization uses the same deadline. It may have fewer than 14 days left or start read-only if the deadline has passed. Deleting an organization does not reset the trial. Personal workspaces do not use the organization trial and remain writable after it ends.

Who uses a seat

A person uses a seat when they are an active organization member. Accepting an invite makes the person an active member. Workspaces counts all active members. A seat exemption keeps a person in the organization without adding them to the billable count.

Subscribe or manage a plan

An organization admin can open the organization’s Workspaces tab and use the Billing card. Choose Subscribe annual or Subscribe monthly to open Stripe Checkout. After subscribing, choose Manage plan to open the Stripe customer portal. Workspaces updates the subscription seat count when organization membership changes. An added seat on an annual plan creates a prorated invoice at once. Other seat changes create a credit or charge for the next invoice. See Manage a Workspaces subscription for the full steps.
