# Use Workspaces Priority Support

> Request the dedicated Slack channel included with an active Self-Hosted Workspaces license.

Priority support gives the named contact on an active Self-Hosted license one
dedicated Slack channel. Free and Organization customers use Community Slack.
Email [support@plannotator.ai](mailto:support@plannotator.ai) to request either
channel. Workspaces does not publish a Slack invite link.

## Request priority support

1. Email [support@plannotator.ai](mailto:support@plannotator.ai?subject=Plannotator%20Workspaces%20Self-Hosted) from the named license contact's address.
2. Identify the active Self-Hosted license that the request covers.
3. The Plannotator team verifies the license by hand and sends the Slack invitation if you qualify.

Workspaces has no in-app or automatic request flow.

## Join Community Slack

Email [support@plannotator.ai](mailto:support@plannotator.ai?subject=Plannotator%20Workspaces%20Community%20Slack)
and ask for Community Slack access. You do not need a paid plan or license.

## Eligibility and limits

* The Self-Hosted license must be active.
* The request must come from the named license contact.
* It includes no custom support hours or response-time guarantee.
* Priority-support eligibility ends when the Self-Hosted license is no longer active.

If you already belong to the dedicated channel, use it while the license
remains active. If the team cannot verify the request, send the active license
and named contact details to the same support address.
